From Moosewood LowFat. What a yummy sounding breakfast! Eat by itself or with mixed fruit or granola.
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange peel
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon peel
- Combine everything in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
What a great way to jazz up any cereal, including granola! I did use a fat-free vanilla yogurt since I always have that around for smoothies!
