One of my favorite roasts, it is a KILLER!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (3 -5 lb) rump roast, of your choice
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Cut any fat from meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Place in crock-pot.
  3. Pour in cream of chicken soup and Lipton soup mix.
  4. Cover with lid and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours.
