A quick and easy clam dish.
- 2 cups minced clams with juice
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 1 cup milk (or half-and-half)
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Mix all ingredients together and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Transfer to a buttered casserole and bake for 45 minutes.
