  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Put crust in a large tart pan-be sure it goes up the sides.
  • Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork.
  • Put asparagus in crust and bake on a baking sheet for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and lower temp to 350.
  • Add salmon and scallions to shell.
  • Arrange asparagus around shell in “spokes”.
  • Mix eggs and cream together and pour into pie shell.
  • Bake tart 35 minutes longer until filling sets.
