- 1 tablespoon mccormick grill mates McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mccormick onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mccormick oregano leaves
- 1 1 lb beef t-bone steaks or 1 lb New York strip steak
directions
- Blend first four ingredients.
- Rub over surface of steak.
- Grill or broil steak 8-10 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
