Serve hot, spooned over broiled fish with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges. Makes 1/2 cup.
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or more)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley (about)

- In a heavy-based saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and allow to turn lightly brown.
- Add lemon juice and parsley.
- Serve hot.
