- 3⁄4 cup kraft apricot preserves

- Combine all in pot and heat throughly stirring occasionally.

This was easy enough & utilizes pantry staples to jazz up a bottle of BBQ sauce. I made a reduced amount & used it on pork chops. I sprinkled the pork chops with cajan seasoning & seared them in pan (sprayed with cooking spray). When browned on both sides I added the Sassy Sauce, reduce the heat, & let it simmer. Made for Fall '09 Pick A Chef.

I live in a small quiet town (you know the type...like Mayberry! :) I have a wonderful husband and have been married since October of 2004. We live with my mom and dad at the moment since we have a new addition to our family. Our baby boy Joseph was born March 22, 2007. But we are soon moving into our own place. Our favorite foods are fish, pasta, and vegetables of any kind. We are just a country cooking couple!
