I went to an Indian restaurant with people from my work and someone ordered this. I've been curious about it ever since and found this recipe on the UKTV Food site. I haven't tried it yet, but I will soon.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and serve over ice.
I dont know what the genuine Indian salty lassi is supposed to taste like so this is tricky to assess. I prefer the sweet one as this is bland but I can see this going well with certain curry dishes.
