- 2 eggs
- 1⁄4 of a sliced white onion
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash salt
- water, a little for each egg
- margarine (for frying) or oil (for frying)
- 4 -5 slices kosher salami (thin slices)
- In an omelette pan fry onions lightly or until transparent.
- Add salami.
- Fry on one side, not too long.
- Flip over.
- Beat eggs with water.
- Put in pan.Cook until done. Should not be runny.
- Can flip omelette out or fold.
