- 4 -6 sage leaves
- 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar
- 1 1⁄2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce orange juice
- club soda
- In a tall glass, muddle sage and sugar.
- Add remaining ingredients and ice.
- Top with a splash of Sprite and club soda.
- Garnish with a sage leaf if desired, and serve.
