A quick and easy mayo, from the Food Network I haven't made this yet, it is being posted by request. I am not sure of the number of servings, it would depend on how you were using it.
- In a small saucepan, combine the wine with the saffron.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Remove from stove top and allow to cool.
- Mix saffron mixture with the mayonnaise.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
