Old-fashioned comfort food from my great grandmother's cookbook. The notes say: If using creamy canned corn, add an additional two tablespoons of flour to absorb extra moisture.

  1. Sift together flour, salt, pepper and baking powder.
  2. Add beaten eggs and corn and, if necessary, a little milk.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto hot, well-greased griddle or frying pan and cook golden brown on both sides.
