- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 4 white potatoes or 4 sweet potatoes, peeled & chunked
- 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
- pepper (California Pepper)
- Coat 8" square pan with olive oil and throw in pan all ingredients. Toss till potatoes are coated. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
