People LOVE this! Can do it with almonds or peanuts.
- 2 cups cashew nuts
- 1 1⁄3 cups coconut, desiccated and unsweetened
- 2 small red chilies, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- black pepper
- Heat oil in wok and stir in honey.
- After a few seconds add nuts and coconut and stir fry until both are golden brown.
- Add chilies and salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss til well mixed.
- Serve warm or rolled in paper cones or saucers.
