I've had my eye on this recipe for awhile, and finally decided to make it for a snack last night. They beans came out nice & crunchy. I cooked it for about 45 minutes at 375 and then lowered the temp to 275 for 30 minutes. I didn't find the salt stuck to them enough, so I sprinkled them with some homemade seasoned salt to add flavor. It helped, but they were a little too plain for me. I think they would be good in a trail mix, and nut lovers would probably love them.

I had no trouble getting mine to roast up evenly. I did shake the pan around multiple times during the baking, and I roasted them at 370degrees for 45 minutes. I got a bit too much oil on mine, but after sprinkling the salt, had thought to drain on a paper towel, and it wasn't needed. They were great warm too! YUMMY! Thank you for posting an easy, healthy snack!

This was a very different recipe for me. I love hummus, but had never had chickpeas by themselves. The time and temp of this recipe was perfect for my oven, and these had a nice crunch to them. I think that additional seasoning would be better for my tastes though, rather than just the salt. I will try again, using this technique as a base. Thanks for posting!
