  • 1 (15 ounce) container of mclarens imperial cheese (or Merkts)
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 2 12 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

directions

  • Cream together the cheese and butter until creamy.
  • Blend in flour. Beat well.
  • Fold in rice crispies.
  • Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork dipped in ice water.
  • Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
