ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) box reduced-sugar chocolate cake mix or (18 ounce) box reduced-sugar yellow cake mix
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 egg whites
• 10 ounces diet soda

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Bake according to directions on bake of cake mix box.
3. Top with low fat sugar fee cool whip or low fat low sugar icing.
