A colorful combination of pineapple sherbert, berries and grape juice makes a refreshing dessert any time of the year. Taken from TOH's "10 Minute Cooking".
- 1 quart pineapple sherbet (may substitute lemon sherbert)
- 1 cup strawberry, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup white grape juice
- Divide the sherbert between four dessert cups or bowls.
- Top with the berries and grape juice.
