From allrecipes.com. This makes about 3 cups of dressing. You can cut the ingredients in half if you don't need that much. I serving is 1 tablespoon.
- 2 medium red bell peppers, seeded and cubed
- 1⁄2 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil (we used basil infused oil and it was delicious)
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 2 pinches salt
