ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh unsweetened raspberry (can use frozen)
- 1 small ripe banana, cut into chunks
- 1⁄2 cup apple juice
- 1⁄2 cup raspberry yogurt
directions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients, cover and process until blended.
- Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

Wow, was this smoothie full of raw flavors. Loads of flavor, but a little too tart for me. It was hard to drink it all. Next time I make this I would add some honey, to sweeten it a little. I used raspberries from my garden that I froze last summer, they were big plump and beautiful. Thanks for sharing your recipe, made for Pac Spring Safari.

I live in Illinois with my husband and we both love to try new things. He's definitely a better cook than I am, but I try to keep up. We have three dogs but no kids as of yet. Maybe in the next year or two we will start thinking about children but for now we are enjoying our time together. I love making up drinks and desserts and i'm not too bad at baking.
