Raspberry Vinegar

ingredients
- 4 lbs raspberries
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- sugar
directions
- Mash the berries, add the vinegar and let stand for 4 days, (I let it sit in a shady spot on my counter).
- To each cup of liquid, add 1 cup sugar.
- Bring to boiling and cook for 20 minutes.
- Strain and bottle.

I followed Dee's instructions exactly, except that I wanted to use fresh blackberries. The vinegar turned out just great -- gorgeous color and delicious flavor. I added the sugar gradually, heating until dissolved, and then just continued adding until it was suitable for my taste buds. A great and easy recipe. Thanks Dee :)
