Raspberry Pink Lemonade Tropical Cocktail

I threw this together after work today and it was fabulous! A fruity cocktail all its own...

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 tablespoons frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  • 14 cup water
  • 4 ounces raspberry low-fat yogurt
  • 34 ounce light rum
  • 34 ounce butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and add ice until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Pour into glass immediately and top with whip cream, if desired.
