I threw this together after work today and it was fabulous! A fruity cocktail all its own...
- 2 tablespoons frozen pink lemonade concentrate
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 4 ounces raspberry low-fat yogurt
- 3⁄4 ounce light rum
- 3⁄4 ounce butterscotch schnapps
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in blender and add ice until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into glass immediately and top with whip cream, if desired.
