- 2 pork loin (or chicken breasts)
- 236.59 ml raspberries
- 29.58 ml grated ginger
- 29.58 ml hot sauce (I love Frank's Red Hot)
- 4.92 ml garlic powder
- 4.92 ml chili powder
- 1 g package artificial sweetener
directions
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add berries, ginger, hot sauce and powders--stir for 30 seconds.
- Add pork, spoon mixture over meat and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add sweetner and flip pork.
- Cook for another 10 minutes.
