Goes with my pork tenderloin recipe. I couldn't find seedless raspberry preserves but i strained the seeds out as best I could with a strainer. I think it's necessary.
- 4 ounces seedless raspberry preserves
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon reserved marinade
- Mix ingredients together and heat in a small pan.
