Radishes make a delicious spread. Serve with pumpernickle or a similar dark bread.

Directions

  1. In food processor, cream the butter.
  2. Add the radishes and the lemon juice.
  3. Using the pulsing action, chop the radishes.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and serve.

Easy, easy, easy!! Loved the heat of the radishes coupled with the bite of lemon. Nice!! Put this mixture on lettuce leaves, rolled up jelly roll style and served on Russian Rye... Very good!! =)
