- 3 scoop vanilla protein isolate
- 2 scoop chocolate protein isolate
- 709.77 ml egg whites
- 236.59 ml walnuts
- 14.79 ml allspice
- 14.79 ml nutmeg
- 14.79 ml ground cinnamon
directions
- PRE-HEAT OVEN AT 375°F.
- HAND MIX THE QUINOA, PROTEIN POWDER, EGG WHITES, NUTS AND SPICES IN A BOWL.
- POUR MIXED CONTENT INTO SPRAYED OR LINED LOAF (OR MUFFIN) TIN.
- LET IT BAKE FOR 30 – 40 minutes.
