Something I make quick to satisfy my tummy. I grind the flax so there is still some whole seeds. Low in fat if you omit the butter/margarine. Sometime a slice a hard boiled egg over it as well.

  1. Toast bagel.
  2. If using butter or margarine, spread it on the toasted bagel.
  3. Sprinkle the flax & garlic over bagel.
