"I worked in a small town deli, and remember this recipe from some of the homemade items we made. This works great if you are short on time, and is a cinch to make!"

I live in Western Colorado. I do service rep work for various companies, besides taking care of my 2 boys, hubby, house, pets... I love to be outside doing anything from playing with my pets, kids, gardening, yardwork, hiking, camping, etc.. My alltime favorite "cook book" would be Quick Cooking, and "Taste Of Home" magazines. I love spending time with my family, and doing things for them and their friends, as well as mine. Anything to make other people smile and feel happy! My biggest pet peeve would be people who feel they have to lie to be something they are not, because if you aren't comfortable with yourself, only YOU have the power to change that. If I had a month off of work, wow, I would probably return to Maui and whale watch, spend time with my family and read as much as I could.
