From Wegman's, Fall 2006. This can be used over veggies or an italian blend salad. I have not tried this yet but it looks very different and tasteful.
- 1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seed oil
- Whisk together vinegar and oil.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
