- 43 g package instant maple and brown sugar oatmeal
- 354.88 ml vanilla-flavored soymilk
- 709.77 ml ice
- 9.85 ml brown sugar
- 3.69 ml cinnamon
- 1.23 ml nutmeg
- 2.46 ml ginger
- 73.94 ml pumpkin puree
- 28.34 g whey protein powder
- 73.94 ml maple syrup
directions
- In a small bowl, combine the Oatmeal package with a half a cup of the Soy Milk. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Combine the oatmeal with the other ingredients, saving the rest of the milk for last.
- Add the milk while the rest is blending and blend until smooth and creamy.
