ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup Libby's canned pumpkin
- 4 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 5 -10 ice cubes
- 1⁄2 banana
- 5 tablespoons water
directions
- Throw all ingredients in Blender.
- Don't over blend, you want it like a consistency of melting ice cream.
- Drink immediately.

Hi, The smoothie is real good as is, but, I made a few adjustments: I used 1/2 a frozen banana instead of ice , I used FF milk instead of water & I added 2 Tablespoons of Wheat Germ. With the addition of the wheat germ it adds 2 grams more fiber, making it more filling. Thanks for the recipe ! Kim Slater aka: Slater363
