  1. Yum! I used some of the pumpkin I pureed from our Jack-o-lanterns, and this came out great. I added a touch of nutmeg and cinnamon, and my whole family LOVED it. My husband thought it made a good healthy substitute for eggnog. I may try adding the wheat germ next time.

  2. very yummy! i just made this for my breakfast. i used low-fat milk instead of water and also added wheatgerm like another reviewer suggested. i even added a dash of pumpkin pie spice and a little splenda. thanks for the recipe Chef #249858!

  3. Hi, The smoothie is real good as is, but, I made a few adjustments: I used 1/2 a frozen banana instead of ice , I used FF milk instead of water & I added 2 Tablespoons of Wheat Germ. With the addition of the wheat germ it adds 2 grams more fiber, making it more filling. Thanks for the recipe ! Kim Slater aka: Slater363
