"This recipe comes from America's Test Kitchen and the only change I made is using minced green onion instead of chives since chives are harder to find and more expensive. I always have green onion as well as other ingredients on hand."

ingredients

• 177.44 ml mayonnaise
• 29.58 ml soy sauce
• 29.58 ml brown sugar
• 14.79 ml Worcestershire sauce
• 14.79 ml minced green onions or 14.79 ml chives
• 4.92 ml minced garlic
• 3.69 ml black pepper

directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Use to smear burger buns or if you like, other sandwich breads.
