A delicious thick shake for after school or evening snack that's high in protein and fruit.
- 7 ounces soft silken tofu
- 1 1⁄2 cups frozen fruit
- 1⁄4 cup wheat germ
- 1⁄4 cup pine nuts
- 1⁄2 cup amaretto flavored coffee creamer (or other flavor) (optional)
- 1 cup 2% low-fat milk (approximate, enough to cover ingredients or 1/2 cup of the creamer and 1/2 cup of the whole milk)
- In a blender, add all the ingredients so that the liquid covers all and blend until smooth and creamy.
