A delicious thick shake for after school or evening snack that's high in protein and fruit.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 7 ounces soft silken tofu
  • 1 12 cups frozen fruit
  • 14 cup wheat germ
  • 14 cup pine nuts
  • 12 cup amaretto flavored coffee creamer (or other flavor) (optional)
  • 1 cup 2% low-fat milk (approximate, enough to cover ingredients or 1/2 cup of the creamer and 1/2 cup of the whole milk)


  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients so that the liquid covers all and blend until smooth and creamy.
