Presto! It's Pesto!

"This is a really simple way to make a quick pesto sauce."

• Ingredients: 8
• Serves: 10-12

ingredients

• 4 cups fresh basil leaves (If you're not going to use fresh basil, don't bother.)
• 1⁄2 cup olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves
• 6 sprigs parsley
• 1⁄4 cup pine nuts
• 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 1⁄4 cup romano cheese, grated
• salt and pepper, to taste

directions

1. Place all ingredients but the cheese in a blender, and blend until all are chopped fine.
2. Remove from the blender and add the cheeses.
3. Toss with your favorite pasta (and preferrably sprnkle on a little more cheese!), then serve.
