- 236.59 ml plain yogurt
- 59.16 ml corn flakes or 59.16 ml muesli
- 1 1 papayas or 1 a slice pineapple
- 14.79 ml seeds (linseed, sesame, sunflower ...)
- 4.92 ml honey
directions
- Peel fruit and cut it into pieces. In a bowl place the fruit, yogurt, and cereals. Sprinkle with seeds and drizzle with honey.
- Mix everything and enjoy.
