Popsicle Rockets

"I found this at www.fitnessandfreebies.com. It is quite time consuming to make. Cook time is freeze time and it is just an estimated time. This was a hit with my DS's and their cousins! The measurements are for 1-3oz. freezer pop (your typical disposable bathroom cup), so buy ingredients according to your desired popsicle quantity and pop size"

  2. What a hit!! I made these for my annual Canada Day Party and served these in the middle of a hot afternoon. The kids just loved them, and the adults raved about how great they looked! I used Kool-Aid for all three layers, for the white center I used the new "invisible" Kool Aid flavour. And I also used Dixie Cups and just peeled off the cup before serving. Worked great! They went too fast for any photos, but trust me when I say they looked great!
