- 8 ounces extra wide egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup butter (or margarine)
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- black pepper
directions
- cook noodles according to package directions, drain well and return to pan.
- add remaining ingredients, cook over med heat, stirring constantly until smooth and heated through 1 to 2 minutes.
