directions
- You can add other stuff if you like: Onions, mixed veg.
- (the frozen blend works best) Almost anything goes.
- Wash and skin chicken (if desired, it really doesn't matter).
- Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and add enough water to make a good medium sauce mixture.
- Pour over chicken and back at 350F until chicken is cooked through.
- It usually takes my electric oven about 45-50 mins.
- (I like to be sure the chicken is really cooked).
- I have also cooked this in my crockpot starting in the morning so that it can be eaten for dinner.
- Just add a little more water about l cup total should be enough.

In October of 2004 I moved from Florida to Upstate New York. I am a retired Interior Designer originally from the UK (London) with lots of time on my hands. I knew it would be cold up here as I have lived in the North before. However, this is going a bit too far. I have been doing a lot of cooking from scratch since it is too cold to go out much and I have chosen all my recipes from your site.(If I gain weight I know where to put the blame) I really appreciate all the people that are kind enough to post their recipes. Saves me a lot of money since I am now on a fixed income. Thank You.
