- 1 poblano pepper, diced small
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced small
- 6 roma tomatoes, diced small
- 10 green onions, chopped
- 29.58 ml fresh basil, julienned
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 59.14 ml extra virgin olive oil
- Mix all but salt and pepper in a bowl.
