Great served with chicken or turkey strips and with your favorite fried wontons
- 1⁄2 cup plum sauce
- 1⁄3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cornstarch
- Combine ingredients in a small pan.
- Cook over medium heat until the sauce is bubbly and thickened.
This is excellent with chicken breast strips fried in olive oil only. Then dip in sauce.I will try with fish next time. Thanks for posting. I might try unsweetened cranberry juice instead of pineapple juice the next time.
