Eat dessert with the pixie's with this oh so yummy pud
- 1⁄4 pint milk (just enough to soak bread with)
- 4 slices bread
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon butter (enough to fry bread with)
- 4 tablespoons honey
- Soften slices of dry bread (from which the crusts have been cut) in milk.
- Put a little honey on each slice.
- then dip in beaten egg.
- fry in a little butter.
- Serve hot with cream.
