- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey or 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1⁄3 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- 3 (6 inch) pita bread, halved (try wheat)
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, honey and salt until blended.
- Stir in turkey, celery and pecans. Fill pita halves with turkey mixture. Serve immediately or wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
