This mini-meal is easy to prepare and very portable. I pack it in my lunch bag when I go to work.
- 1 whole wheat pita bread
- 3 spinach leaves
- 4 ounces reduced-fat smoked turkey breast
- 1 tablespoon low-fat ranch dressing
- 3 ounces baby carrots
- Stuff half of a whole-wheat pita with spinach leaves and smoked turkey breasts.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing.
- Serve with baby carrots.
