  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk (or whatever kind you prefer)
  • 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen chunks)
  • 12 cup strawberry
  • 12 cup orange juice (fresh if you can)

  1. I made this today and it was Awesome! Instead of using just frozen mangoes, I used a frozen mix of Mango, Papaya, and Pineapple. It made the smoothie more tart but added some good flavors! I don't think i blended it long enough though because it was a little chunky... but that's a little mistake on my part. Thanks for sharing!

  3. Very tasty...I usually don't use orange juice as the base for my smoothies, and I really enjoyed the tart taste.
