Nice asian taste, very easy! I do whenever I have a recipe that calls for drained pineapple
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients, great for chicken or fish.
- marinate overnight if possible, but 3-4 hrs will do the trick in a pinch.
This was great and so easy. I used canola oil because it was all I had. I only marinated for about 2 hrs. and it still turned out great. My son likes to eat canned pineapple so this was a great way to use the juice that I usually just toss out.
