From the Turkey Hill calendar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 cups prepared eggnog
- 4 scoops French vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons grated orange peel (optional)
- Combine juices and eggnog in blender, then add ice cream and blend to desired consistency.
- Pour into 8 festive mugs and top with orange peel.
