Another one that I got the base from: "Brain Foods For Kids: Over 100 Recipes To Boost Your Child's Intelligence." I got it as a send-in freebie from Kashi. The original recipe called for one mango, but we substituted for pineapple as we don't go crazy for mango. Also it called for plain yogurt but we always have vanilla in the frig. My son didn't care for it much but he won't drink any smoothies even though he loves fruit. The rest of us loved it.
- Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
This was good, but neither of my kids drank more than half of theirs... they said it was just "ok" compared to some other smoothies I've tried. It was a little thick for us, so I added a few ice cubes to thin it out just a bit.
