  • 226.79 g radish, trimmed and sliced into thin rounds (approx 250 grams)
  • 29.57 ml mint, finely chopped
  • 29.57 ml orange juice
  • 29.57 ml lemon juice
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

  • Mix all the ingredients together and chill well before serving.
  • Needs at least 30 minutes chill time for the flavours to blend.
