- 226.79 g radish, trimmed and sliced into thin rounds (approx 250 grams)
- 29.57 ml mint, finely chopped
- 29.57 ml orange juice
- 29.57 ml lemon juice
- salt and pepper (to taste)

- Mix all the ingredients together and chill well before serving.
- Needs at least 30 minutes chill time for the flavours to blend.
