- 236.59 ml loosely packed fresh basil leaf
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 14.79 ml pine nuts (Pignola)
- 59.14 ml olive oil
- 1.23 ml salt
- 78.78 ml grated parmesan cheese
- 14.79 ml grated pecorino romano cheese
directions
- Combine basil, garlic, pine nuts, oil, and salt in a food processor or blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Stir in the Parmesan and Romano cheeses.
- This can be made ahead frozen.
