- 1 lb carrot, peeled and thinly sliced on a angle
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- in a small saucepan combine carrots 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil & garlic over low heat.
- cover and cook,stirring occasionally until tender,about 15 minuites.
- season too taste & drizzile with more olive oil.
